Hari ni, buat pertama kali Tie masak sayur kincam.. err.. bukan sayur tapi kudup bunga lily yang segar. Biasa makan yang kering tu , bersama tahu kering dan suhun.

Dan ini rupanya bila diselak kudup tu… nampak filamen. Cian.. tak sempat nak berbunga dah kena kebas.

Masak sekejap je. Goreng seperti sayur biasa. Masukkan last sekali. Kemudian terus hidangkan.. Memang sedap laa…









oh, Interesting, Chinese use the dried one for cooking. I have never see the fresh one…
