pulut sambal

 

 

 

Ni resepi pulut sambal…sapa2 nak cuba, boleh lah, ekk!
  1. Masak pulut macam biasa (jgn lembik lak!).
  2. Bawang kecil, bawang putih, serai, lengkuas ,lada kering, kunyit dan sedikit udang kering, ditumbuk atau diblender.
  3. Tumis bahan di atas sampai harum baunya, dan masukkan kelapa parut.
  4. Kacau rata, masukkan garam dan gula. Kena pandai rasa. Goreng sampai sambal tu hampir2 kering. Jangan terlalu basah atau terlalu kering..sederhana laa………
  5. Bila pulut dah masak, guna ice cream scoop, celup dlm air dulu (kalau tak pulut tu lekat laa), kemudian scoop pulut tu, masukkan dlm sambal kelapa dan gaul perlahan.
  6. Bila dah jadi macam dlm foto tu..dah boleh makan!
  7. Tie tak dapat bagi sukatan…main agak2 je..cuba buat sikit dulu, ye!!

    tie…. maksu cuba nak letak komen kat sinun tapi tak berjaya, closed.

    anyway, be strong…. adakalanya maksu pun alami frustrated gaks sbb-sbb yang lebihkurang sama…. huhuhu

    Have you ever thought about including a little bit more than just
    your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and everything.
    But think of if you added some great images or video clips to give your posts
    more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with pics and video clips, this site could certainly be one of the most beneficial in its niche.
