Pengat lagi….. hihi…
Kali ini Tie buat bubur chacha. Memang dah lama nak buat cuma tak jumpa chacha yang berkenan di hati. Akhir sekali jumpa sebungkus kecil di Giant. Ada dua jenama, Tie pilih yang dari syarikat muslim. Yang satu lagi tu hanya tulis syarikat LCK… jadi tentu terfikir yang bukan-bukan…
Mula-mula potong dadu keledek (dan atau labu dan keladi). Rebus hingga empuk dan ketepikan.
Rebus pula chacha hingga masak. Masukkan santan dan keledek tadi serta daun pandan dan gula. Tambahkan secubit garam untuk seimbangkan rasanya.

ooohhhh sudah lama daku tak makan pengat yg ini dan yg pisang kat bawah sinun…tapi kita belek2 mana lah resepi pingat pisang tu…kita nak wat gak tapi kecundang no resepi..kita sangat tak tau wat pengat..tapi nak makan yg cam nih punya la…
